About me and my therapy practice

As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I hold a world-class Master's degree in Therapeutic Counselling from the University of Greenwich, London, and a certificate in coaching from the University of Cambridge.

I am based in London, UK, and conduct my sessions in different languages online with clients from all over the world. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), which means that my education and practice meet the highest ethical standards that a client should expect from a psychotherapist.

Practice description

I am a highly qualified, compassionate, ethical, and understanding therapist. I practise integratively, which means that I am trained in different therapeutic techniques and will approach each person based on their individual needs.

I am trained in trauma-informed practice, which means that I work with all levels of mental health difficulties, including trauma, abuse, and bereavement. My clients trust me with a wide range of emotional difficulties, including depression, anxiety, the search for meaning in life, and more. Whatever your needs are at the moment, I can create a trusting space for you to express and explore.

I am a Ukrainian-speaking therapist and have been working to support Ukrainians affected by the war in Ukraine.

My first session

My first session is an exploration of your needs and ways of how I can support you, it's a collaborative process and I will tailor my sessions to your needs. For me, the development of trust and a safe space between the client and therapist is the key to therapeutic progress.
