At Fireflies therapy, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to counselling, using Person-centred, Gestalt, and Existential modalities.

I am passionate about supporting young people and those grieving.

I have a diploma in humanistic creative counselling, a masters in education, a degree in the creative arts.

I also have a certificate in working with infant loss, and in working with children and young people.

I use a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with you to identify your goals and support your development. I place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Whatever your struggles, together we will find the light in the darkness.
