About me and my therapy practice
Hi and welcome, I'm Iga (she/her),
Does anxiety feel like it’s running your life - leaving you exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in self-doubt?
Maybe your mind won’t switch off, or you constantly question yourself?
Are there parts of you that you tend to avoid or push aside because they feel uncomfortable and overwhelming?
Anxiety doesn’t just affect your thoughts - it can show up as tension in your body, a racing heart, or a heavy sense of dread, sometimes without a clear reason.
I know how isolating and exhausting this can be - not just as a therapist, but from my own personal experience. The good news is, you don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-worth challenges or feeling disconnected and lost, I am here to help you regain a sense of control, cultivate a deeper connection and find lasting relief.
I welcome all parts of you - the ones that feel ashamed, anxious, angry, overlooked, suppressed, or judged by others. I offer a compassionate space where you can talk about the tough things, helping to create a gentle path toward change and growth.
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
Therapy offers a space for self-reflection, helping you gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges.
By exploring your personal story and gaining insights into your nervous system, we can identify and address patterns that might be holding you back, ease symptoms like anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, and lack of confidence.
Together, we will explore where you are now, how you arrived at this point, and create a path toward where you want to be.
Whether you're facing stressful situations, overwhelming emotions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, we can work together to create a meaningful change. If this resonates with you - I'd love to hear from you.
I offer 1:1 online therapy for adults 18+ UK-wide. With online sessions, you can skip the hassle of commuting, parking, and accessibility concerns.
Practice description
I have experience working with people of all ages and diverse multicultural backgrounds who may feel anxious, lost, or disconnected, including those who are neurodivergent or have experienced trauma.
I am trauma-informed therapist, I work with an understanding of how past experiences shape present struggles, ensuring therapy feels safe, empowering and supportive.
My personal experience navigating different countries and cultures gives me a deeper understanding of the complexities that can come with adjusting to new environments and navigating challenges related to identity and belonging.
In addition to my private practice, I've been volunteering as a bereavement counsellor at St. Michael's Hospice (St Leonards on Sea) between 2022-2025. This experience has provided me with specialised training and a deep understanding of grief, loss and its complexities.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the creative industry and ran my own business. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the unique challenges creatives face. From managing stress and burnout to balancing artistic passion with business demands, I can relate to the pressures that come with creative work.
By combining my business background with therapeutic training, I offer creatives a supportive space to navigate both emotional and practical challenges, helping them thrive in their careers and personal lives.
