I currently have availability on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.

I am an experienced counsellor based in Peckham, working with individual adults, both in-person and online. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients but have particular experience with LGBTQ+ people and those who are dealing with loss, grief and bereavement.

I will meet you with warmth and compassion, and without judgement. The sessions would be your time to share and explore at your own pace. 

My training followed an integrative model which enables me to be flexible in my approach. If you are feeling stuck, anxious or dissatisfied in your life, it might be helpful to explore some of your early experiences and think about how those are affecting your current relationships and ways of being today. Alternatively, if you have a more particular challenge that you would like to tackle, we can take a more focussed approach. 

We would meet for 50 minutes, once a week and at the same time.

We would begin with a 30 minute phone call, for which you would not be charged.  We would use that to explore your expectations of counselling and share any concerns you may have.
