About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Claire. I'm a counsellor/psychotherapist, qualified with a degree and a registered with BACP. I am able to give you a supportive and empathic space to work through current or past problems or trauma. I have experience in many fields including, abuse, relationships, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-esteem, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

I believe counselling is one of the healthiest ways to explore inner conflict, pain and complex feelings, without fear of judgement.

Practice description

I can offer Face-to-face sessions, video calls or telephone, and on some occasions home visits depending on location and circumstance.

I offer a safe space for you to work through your problems with me alongside you, helping you to explore past and current experiences.
