Hello! Thank you for stopping by my profile. We all have life experiences that we need to make sense of, and sometimes heal from. I am here to support you in this journey. Each individual is unique, your sessions will therefore be tailor-made to your needs. As your counsellor, I will provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for you. I will work alongside you to understand your experiences, uncover your strengths, and develop coping strategies, that will help to navigate the challenges you face. 

Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, bereavement, or many of life's transitions, I am committed to supporting you and journeying with you to a path of healing and overall well-being. 

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic models to offer a more holistic approach. I believe in forming a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, acceptance, and understanding.
