About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Eleanor. I take an integrative approach to counselling, meaning I focus on working together using different techniques to find a way that works for you.
Practice description
Some of the topics I can help with include anxiety, low mood, and depression as well as LGBTQIA identity, disordered eating, and suicidal ideation.
I work with clients aged 11 upwards and practice in 50 minute sessions at the Lotus Retreat in Faringdon. Find out more or get in touch at eleanormorris.counselling@gmail.com.
My first session
First of all we’d have a phone call to get to know each other and see if I’m the kind of person you’re looking for.
Then, we’d arrange to meet in person and go through an assessment together. This would help me to find out some background about you and whether or not counselling is the way forward for dealing with the challenges you’re facing.
This initial assessment would likely take around twenty to thirty minutes and costs £20. This is the first step in finding a way forward that works for you.
