As a fully qualified, integrative therapist I recognise that everybody is unique, and tailor my therapy and approach based on your needs.

I aim to provide a safe space for healing and transformation, helping you to make lasting changes to live happier more peaceful lives. 

In addition to helping with anxiety, stress and depression, the areas in which I specialise are:

I continue my professional development and attend regular supervision in line with BACP guidelines.

As an integrative therapist, I am qualified to use a variety of theoretical approaches depending on your needs. These include but are not limited to attachment, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT and narrative approaches. 

I believe that we need to explore our emotional reactions as they can help us understand ourselves and our needs. Having a deeper understanding of our emotions, experiences and relationships creates more self-awareness and allows us to make sense of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. 

Client autonomy is essential for me in therapy and we will work collaboratively addressing any past or present concerns. There may be times, if appropriate and ethical, where I will offer reflections or insight, or perhaps be more directive if required. This can be discussed in our initial session.
