I am available on Mondays am & pm (11.30 am-7.30 pm) and Tuesday-Friday pm only (5.30 pm-9 pm). If you need weekends please ask. I currently offer online and face-to-face sessions. Each session is 50 minutues

My name is Samina. Thank you for clicking on my profile. Seeking counselling can be a difficult decision, but people seek counseling for a variety of reasons.  Counselling is a voyage of perspective, and talking therapies explore, test, and broaden your worldview while also creating room for fresh viewpoints. This process can help you see things more clearly and present chances for personal development and transformation in areas where you may have previously felt trapped or overwhelmed.

I am a psychotherapist passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength and resilience. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. I am able to offer Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).  I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your feelings, untangle your thoughts, and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, and feelings of uncertainty or disconnection. Whatever is weighing on your mind, I’m here to support you as you make sense of your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—you’re not broken. It’s about giving you the space and support to uncover your true self, rewrite the stories that no longer serve you, and take steps toward the life you truly want to live.

Practice description

I feel Counselling, is a voyage of perspective, and talking therapies explore, test, and broaden your worldview while also creating room for fresh viewpoints. This process can help you see things more clearly and present chances for personal development and transformation in areas where you may have previously felt trapped or overwhelmed.

In our sessions, you’ll find a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Using the empathic approach of person-centred therapy, we’ll work to uncover your unique strengths, values, and insights. With CBT, we’ll explore patterns of thinking or behaviour that may feel like roadblocks, equipping you with practical tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. In addition, I have worked within the Muslim community, offering Islamic marriage counselling, Islamic coaching (before marriage), allowing you a secure environment without being judged

**FREE INITIAL 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION**

I can offer a 15-minute free consultation so we can explore what the goals are of the therapy. This will also allow you to decide whether you feel I am the right person for you.
