About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Ash. I'm here to share a little about the way I work. Finding the right therapist is important, with that in mind, I offer a free initial session so you can see if we’re a good fit without any commitment.
I provide flexible options, including remote video sessions, phone calls, or in-person sessions in a warm and welcoming space in Kirkham.
As a Person Centred Counsellor, my approach is all about understanding your unique perspective. My aim is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
If you’re looking for a space to talk through what you may be struggling with right now, whether that be anxiety, depression, bereavement, work stress or you want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, I’m here to support you.
Please feel free to reach out via email or phone. I’d be more than happy to arrange an initial session at a time that works for you.
