My first session
The initial session is an opportunity to establish a relationship in a safe and confidential environment, focusing on your goals and concerns. I will outline my approach, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable about the process. To ease the start of therapy, I offer a free 15-minute assessment via phone or Zoom to discuss your initial thoughts and determine if my approach aligns with your needs. My priority is to create a supportive space where you can explore your feelings and work towards solutions for challenges such as anxiety or stress etc. Building a trusting relationship is crucial as you navigate your journey of healing, personal growth, etc with me providing guidance and support along the way.
