My first session

Initial assessment appointments are 50 minutes and charged at the same fee per our agreement of session fees.

This first appointment allows you to tell me about yourself and what support you would like. You can ask any questions about therapy with me, and my approach.

I will also utilise this session to ensure that I feel competent to work with what you are bringing. This is my ethical duty to you.
