About me and my therapy practice
My name is Matt; I am a people person at heart with a warm and strong, compassionate desire to make a difference. I work from a Humanistic approach to therapy with the ability to work with children, young people and adults. My primary areas of knowledge and experience include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, addictions, gender identity, grief and trauma. I have particular interests in identity, relationships, and abuse with an innate understanding when working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community.I work with individuals from the age of 7+
Practice description
Sessions are offered in person at an safe and calm environment in Chepstow. I am also able to offer online sessions should this be required. My work is client lead and I use a mixture of approaches to include; person centred, CBT and humanistic approaches. As this is client lead there is no limit to the number of sessions available.
