I am fully insured and adhere to the BACP's ethical code of conduct. I have regular supervision to ensure a high standard of professional practice.

In a safe environment we can work together in a respectful, open and trusting relationship.

I may offer you a choice to work creatively and gently offer you a way of working together through different media, depending on your own choices and individual needs.

We will work at your pace, I will support and listen as we work together, offering the space to express yourself freely.

Practice description

I offer a confidential, individual face to face and online therapy (In Billingshurst and surrounding areas). I would like to help you explore things and hopefully begin to make sense of it all.

My first session

You can phone or email me to set up an initial introductory session.

I offer this short introductory session online where we can meet and work out if you would like to continue and sometimes, if there is a more specialist support which may suit you better.

This introduction is free of charge. and then if you decide you would like to continue our time together, we will then arrange future sessions of 50 minutes on a weekly /fortnightly basis.

The our first session will be discussing your needs in more detail and why you would like counselling, we will talk about what you are hoping to get out of it, and how you would like to approach the way we work together.
