About me and my therapy practice

I'm Hannah Weaver, an experienced person-centered counsellor dedicated to empowering individuals through therapy. Although my focus is person-centered therapy, I am flexible in integrating techniques from different therapeutic modalities, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

I offer online counselling for convenience. Additionally, I provide unique Walk and Talk Therapy on the Wirral, combining outdoor activity with mental health support for holistic healing and growth in a natural setting.

Practice description

With a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I provide a supportive and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. Through collaboration and trust, I aim to work with individuals to discover their own solutions and facilitate positive change in their lives.
