I work Monday to Friday daytimes and evenings. I have face to face and online availability. Please contact me for a free no obligation intro session and we can discuss your needs and see if we are a right fit.
For those who need financial assistance, I offer low-cost counselling for clients on a low income, Blue Light Card holders, and students. I want to make therapy accessible to everyone who needs it.
Taking the step to seek therapy is a brave one, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to find the relief, healing, and hope you deserve.
At Wildfire Counselling and Therapy Hub, you will find a supportive, empathetic environment where you can begin your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
About me and my therapy practice
When you're feeling not good enough and life feels rubbish, it can be difficult to take that first step towards seeking help. Whether you're struggling with alcohol issues, addiction, ADHD, sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, or complex PTSD, I'm here to support YOU. My name is Louise, and at my private Hub in Brenchley, I offer a safe space where you can begin your healing journey.
My approach is centered on you. I believe that every person is unique, and so should their therapy be. We start by getting to know each other, creating a foundation of trust and safety. This initial grounding and stabilisation phase allows us to address your immediate needs and concerns. I understand that bringing up big issues can be daunting.
One of the distinctive aspects of my practice is the integration of creative therapy alongside traditional talking therapy. Sometimes, words alone are not enough. That's where creative methods come in. We can explore your emotions and experiences in a way that feels right for you. These methods can be particularly effective in uncovering and addressing deep-seated issues that might be difficult to articulate. You don't have to consider yourself artistic, this is a process rather than an end result.
I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in the private setting of 7 acres of beautiful Kent countryside. This can be a powerful way to process your thoughts and feelings while being in motion, surrounded by nature. The calming environment can make it easier to open up and explore your inner world.
Therapy with me is not just about addressing problems; it's about building resilience, self-esteem, and finding hope. I strive to create a space where all feelings are welcome, no matter how uncomfortable or painful they may be. Anger, fear, sadness, embarrassment, shame – everything has a place here, and everything can be worked through.
