About me and my therapy practice
Do you sometimes feel anxious, out of control or ‘stuck?’ Maybe you are feeling low, experiencing the effects of a loss or trauma and you are looking for support. My aim is to build a warm and confidential space, where you feel comfortable and supported at all times.
As an Integrative Counsellor with a Person-Centred base, my primary focus is in creating a welcoming, safe space where our therapeutic relationship can develop, as we work together to help you address whatever you feel you would like to explore. I may apply different approaches to the therapy, depending on your individual needs but I would always discuss this with you.
Therapy is your opportunity to talk without judgement, as we focus on your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. It is a way to find help, maybe uncover and deal with unresolved issues and gain valuable insights as we navigate your personal challenges and experiences.
Through having the time, space and support, I really hope to help you feel heard, as we work together to find ways to make changes, start the healing process and enhance your wellbeing; providing you with the self-confidence and skills to move forward.
