About me and my therapy practice

I work with individual adults in a client-centred way, influenced by psychodynamic theory. During our weekly counselling sessions, you are encouraged to explore what is most important to you, and we will work together to progress on your journey towards growth and healing.

Practice description

I will provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your experiences in life, without judgement or agenda. In such a fast paced world, we are left with such little time to digest what we go through, and counselling can provide the opportunity to reflect on what we are dealing with emotionally.

Moving at your pace, we can work together in the short or long term in a holding environment. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety and/or anything in between, regular sessions can provide opportunity for reflection, growth and healing.

My first session

I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone call to allow opportunity for you to ask any questions and for us to check compatibility for working together.
