About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, with a First-Class Honours degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling. Alongside private practice, I've worked for a number of years as a psychotherapist within the NHS.
Working in an integrative-relational way draws on a range of psychological theories, including psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This allows me to tailor my approach to best support you, your experiences, and your needs.
Practice description
My aim is to offer you a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space and relationship that allows you to feel heard, understood, and empowered. Having gone through counselling myself, I have directly experienced the life transformation that good therapy can have, and it inspired me to become a psychotherapist.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling, online or in person (in Twickenham).
Fees:
Free - Introductory Call
£65 - Online Sessions
*I offer a limited number of reduced rates for students, OAPs, and those on lower incomes or unemployed. Please contact me if you'd like more information.
