About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and BACP-registered person-centred counsellor with a BA Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Relationships from Warwick University. Providing a tailored approach when helping to navigate life's challenges, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings. I welcome clients from all walks of life.
I work as a mentor for a charity called Young Minds Matter supporting children and young people in a local secondary school as well as online. I’m a volunteer and trustee of a local wellbeing centre supporting mental health issues.
Practice description
Whether you're navigating neurodiverse conditions like ADHD, facing stress, or dealing with any form of personal loss, I’m here as a person-centred counsellor, offering a non-judgemental, supportive space to talk.

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe in putting you at the heart of our sessions, working at your pace and in a way that feels right for you. With flexible appointment options — both online and in person — I offer counselling in Redditch and Henley in Arden, as well as online sessions.
