As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, combining techniques from various modalities to address your specific struggles. By exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe space, we’ll work together to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance, empowering you to mental wellness.
I use creative modalities within my work to help clients get the most out of their sessions. I will always aim to provide clients with a safe environment to express themselves using a non-judgemental approach. If you are struggling or need to talk please reach out. I offer a free 15 minute consultation for all clients where we can discuss working together.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone consultation which is a chance for us to have a conversation to get to know one another and to see whether we could work together.
If you decide to go ahead with therapy a self referral form will be sent to you via email for completion, then we would find a time and date that works for you to begin therapy.
An online assessment form would be sent to you via email prior to our first session just to get some needed information about you to ensure I am support you as effectively as possible.
The first session is all about getting to know one another better, understanding what you have come to therapy for, setting goals and a timeframe for your therapy as well as starting to build a therapeutic relationship together.
