About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive training in psychodynamic, gestalt, person-centred, integrative, and relational psychotherapy.
I understand that seeking counselling can feel like a big step, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or lost. It’s important to find the right person to talk to — someone who listens without judgment, offers a safe space, and helps you feel supported.
