About me and my therapy practice
I offer an accepting and gentle space where you can feel safe to talk.
I have a person-centred foundation and an integrated approach, this means that my work is led by my clients and I approach our work together with empathy and honesty. As an integrative counsellor I can draw on a number of theoretical modalities to find what works best for each client.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and hold an enhanced DBS Certificate.
Please reach out if you need some help - we can have a free 30 minute chat (on the phone or online) to decide if we'd like to work together.
