About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for visiting my page. I am an integrative counsellor. I use person-centred as my core model, while integrating different concepts to suit my client's needs. I offer a safe, non judgemental environment for you to talk openly and honestly about how you are feeling.

I have a passion for working in bereavement and loss.

Practice description

Offering a safe contained space where we can work together to discuss what is troubling you and set goals that are important to you.

I am committed to working collaboratively to form a strong therapeutic relationship. Providing my clients with trust, respect, confidentiality and honesty.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute telephone assessment and I ask clients to provide me with an overview of the difficulties they are dealing with.
