I offer individual weekly online and telephone therapy on Monday to Friday evening between 6 and 9pm. Please get in touch to find out availability.


Taking the first step to finding the right therapist can be a daunting task I am happy to talk through questions and support making the right decision for you by having a free 15-minute call for you to find out if we are the right fit as I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy. If you wish to proceed, we can arrange your initial session.

My fee is currently £65.00 for individuals (limited concession spaces of £55 to those with low disposable income and therapy students)

About me and my therapy practice

I practice integrative therapy, which combines Person-centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt modalities when working with clients, tailoring how I work to each client’s unique circumstances in a friendly, empathic and thoughtful manner creating a safe space for my clients to both express themselves and just be. I am a qualified integrative therapist and hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Theology, registered with both BACP and ACC.

I offer a confidential, safe and supportive space to ensure clients feel heard and seen as individuals. I work alongside clients, at their own pace.

Practice description

I provide general therapy for adults working as an integrative therapist, meaning that I use a number of approaches when working with clients. No one size does not fit all, as individuals are unique and circumstances differ and so my work reflects this to ensures as I work in a flexible manner to suit each client’s needs throughout our sessions.

Clients come to me for many reasons, including work-related issues, relationship difficulties, low mood or feelings that life has lost meaning and purpose.

I see individuals going through major life changes, family and relationship challenges, career change and challenges, struggling with loss and or bereavement, or individuals managing long term health conditions.

I will support you not only to explore how your background and upbringing are impacting you presently and work alongside you to make sense and become aware of who you are presently and how to accomplish why you came for therapy. Each session is driven by you and at your pace.

Therapy is a collaborative process and I believe that my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration as we create an environment that is supportive, open, curious and where appropriate challenging to ensure your therapeutic needs are met. With increased self-awareness developed through our work together, comes personal growth and development and hopefully accomplishing your therapy goals.

My first session

Sessions take place on a weekly basis at the same day/time as agreed in the initial session. Our first session includes exploring your reason for therapy and why now, get to know each other.

If you'd like to continue working together following the initial session, I usually ask that you commit to a minimum of 6 sessions, after which we will have a review to see how you are finding our work together. We will discuss whether you’d like to continue working with an open-ended agreement, for a fixed number of sessions or to end therapy.
