I work in Turnham Green, West London on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I work between the hours of 9.30am - 3.30pm. I also work online.

Why you might come and see me:
You may have an obvious goal or specific issue that you want to tackle, or you may just feel alone, unfulfilled, lost or struggling to find the right direction or purpose. Some of the issues that clients have brought to me:

I work in a relational way, creating a safe and confidential space in which you can explore your inner most feelings and emotions, piecing together historic events and looking at why some patterns of unhelpful behaviour may have developed in the present.
Coming to see me is a brave and bold step and takes courage. My aim is that you will discover more about yourself which will lead to personal growth and the power to effect change in your life. I can help you develop healthier coping strategies and foster a greater sense of inner peace.
I am a compassionate, empathic person and I am radically curios about my clients’ unique experiences. I celebrate diversity and my practice is inclusive and ethical.
You may wish to do short term therapy which might be 6 sessions, or we can do ongoing long-term work.
My first session
I offer a free half hour phone call or zoom session for us to meet each other and to establish if you think you want to work with me and if I think I am the right person to work with you. The best care for you is my primary consideration. I will ask questions in this first half hour meeting and then if we decide to work together I can offer short or long-term therapy.
