Guiding you towards deeper self-awareness and understanding.

I have BSc Counselling degree accredited by the BACP — further training as a Life coach, and Creative arts practitioner. I integrate various therapy techniques and creative arts, I strive to help you deepen your self-awareness and navigate life's challenges holistically.

I have experience in supporting people through difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, long-term illness, suicidal thoughts, anger management, parental burnout, domestic violence, and other mental health difficulties. I have experience in NHS, private, and charity settings working from key stage one children up to adults.

My dedication is to assist you in rediscovering your inner strength and authentic self, steering you towards a brighter and hopeful future.

Sometimes it is easier to talk to someone not directly in your life who is trained like myself.

Practice description

Creative Art Counseling

Have you ever felt that art can express what words sometimes can’t? Through creative expression, you can gain insights into your emotions and develop emotional resilience. Imagine using art not just to express yourself but also to explore and reshape your personal narrative. How would it feel to reconstruct your story in a way that empowers you?

Life Coaching

As your life coach, I believe in the transformative power of building a vision for what lies ahead. What goals do you dream of achieving? Together, we can set those goals and craft a clear pathway toward them focusing on propelling you forward. What exciting possibilities do you see waiting for you?

Parental Mental Health

If you are a parent managing mental health challenges, it’s entirely possible to care for your children while navigating these difficulties. Can you imagine how prioritizing your self-care can positively impact your children’s lives? Finding the right support system can make all the difference. What steps have you considered to take care of yourself?

Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA/IPV)

If you’ve experienced domestic violence or intimate partner violence, seeking help might feel overwhelming. Healing is a gradual process, and it’s okay to recognize that emotional wounds can persist even after you’ve left an abusive situation. Have you thought about what support you need to start feeling safe again? Together, we can create a safe space to address trauma, fear, and self-doubt, helping you move toward healing at your own pace.

Bereavement

Navigating a loss is such a deeply personal journey, sometimes overwhelming. Have you allowed yourself the space to fully feel that loss? Whether it’s the death of someone close, the end of a job, or changes in relationships, those feelings deserve acknowledgment. How can we honor your grief and make sense of your new reality together?

My first session

It's crucial to reach out to someone who can empathize with your experiences and provide the support you need.

I'm here to support you in rediscovering who you are and guide you through the healing process.

My therapeutic approach focuses on active listening and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself and feel truly understood. I believe in establishing trust as the foundation for our therapeutic relationship, allowing us to process challenging emotions and experiences together.

I promote a collaborative and tailored approach, starting with a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to discuss your needs openly and determine if we're the right fit for this journey. Following that, we'll proceed with a 30-minute assessment session where we'll fill out an on-boarding questionnaire via an online call.

Whether you're dealing with immediate challenges or looking to address deeper issues, I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy options. During our assessment, we'll explore the level of support that aligns best with your needs. If we decide to work together, we can schedule weekly or bi-weekly starting at 50-minute sessions to support your growth and healing.

Session hourly fees are from £50 with some lower fee places for students, low-income or unemployed. I have some evening spaces available. Couples Therapy from £100 sessions from 60 minutes.
