Practice description

I work as a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, which as mentioned above allows me to work through what ever life challenges you may have at your pace.

My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, compassion, and a non-judgemental stance. I firmly believe that every individual deserves to be heard, validated and seen for who they truly are. In my practice, I prioritise working at your pace, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported throughout our sessions. This personalised approach allows for a more meaningful and effective therapeutic experience.

I offer short or long term therapy, bi-weekly or even monthly sessions, which I would be more than happy to discuss these things with you during our first session together.

I have a fixed rate per session, although I can also be flexible with the cost based on your own financial circumstances.

I am flexible in how I approach therapy, as it is about supporting you and your own well-being and therefore happy to talk through any worries you may have about finances, dates, times etc during our first session.

My first session

I offer a reduced rate for this initial session.

Our first session will last 50 minutes as standard, and will cost £30, any following session will be at the rate that we have agreed during this initial session.

Our initial session will be one where we can have a look at what your expectations would be from therapy, what you would like to explore, what is going on for yourself and what works best for you.

  • I have availability during the week for evening online sessions.

  • I also offer full day immersive nature therapy sessions for individuals or groups up to 8 people. 
    A full day immersive experience can last around 6 hours and takes part usually on weekends (however there is also an option for during the week should there be space in my diary)
