About me and my therapy practice

Life can be really tough. Sometimes it's circumstantial and everything feels like it's out of our control. Other times we can just feel low, depressed, anxious and confused by our own thoughts. Going through any (or all) of these can be overwhelming and make life even harder.

As a qualified counsellor, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and first-hand experience to my practice. I create a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel heard and understood. With a compassionate and empathic approach, I want to help you explore your emotions, confront challenges, and cultivate resilience. Drawing from both my professional training and personal life experiences, I am dedicated to helping all my clients navigate life's obstacles and achieve greater emotional well-being through self understanding.
