About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic therapist and doctoral candidate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic thinking, which means I’m interested in how unconscious processes—often shaped by early relationships and life experiences—continue to influence our emotions, behaviours, and patterns of relating in the present.
I work in a way that is thoughtful, reflective, and depth-oriented. I don’t offer quick fixes, but instead a space where things can be thought about carefully over time, often in ways that lead to lasting emotional insight and change. I see therapy as a shared endeavour—one that allows for curiosity about who you are, how you’ve become that way, and how you might move towards something different.
Practice description
My work is grounded in the idea that early experiences and unconscious processes shape how we feel, relate, and respond in the present.
In therapy, I offer a regular, confidential space to explore difficult feelings, recurring patterns, and aspects of your inner world that may feel confusing or stuck. I won’t offer quick fixes, but I will work with you to make sense of what might lie beneath the surface, helping you move toward greater self-understanding and emotional freedom.

Abuse, Addictions, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Loss, Obsessions, OCD, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Substance Dependency, Trauma
