I currently practice all day including evenings on a Tuesday and during the day on a Thursday but can be flexible.

About me and my therapy practice

I deal with all aspects of mental health and have much experience with anxiety, depression, stress, lack of self esteem, narcissistic parents and issues from childhood amongst a wider range of issues.

I have extensive experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds such as local government, NHS, IT industry, vetinary industry and catering.

I worked for over 30 years in local government mainly as a senior manager. In that time I came across most management problems and have dealt with many staff with mental health issues. If you are struggling in work whether managing up or down I can offer support and help you explore your opinions.

Practice description

I offer sessions at my home, which is in the Clwydian hills between Mold and Ruthin and an office in Wrexham.

I also offer nature therapy weather dependant.

My first session

The first session can be face to face, online or on the telephone. I offer a free 15 minute 'getting to know you' meeting on all platforms and am very happy to change platforms to suit you.
