Hi. I can offer therapy Sunday to Thursday between 8am to 6 pm. I offer video calls, telephone and face to face sessions.

For face to face sessions only available 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday.

About me and my therapy practice

seeking out psychological therapy is a courageous and extremely important step towards greater self-awareness and self-care. I am looking forward to be able to help you learn effective ways to overcome your difficulties, whilst providing you with a safe and confidential therapeutic space.

Practice description

My Asian background and living with dual cultures and life experiences helped me understand and see life from different perspectives. As well as my professional skills, knowledge & experience in the toolkit; in my view the most important thing about therapy is that we form and maintain an honest, safe and authentic client-therapist relationship. When this is established the real work begins - and change follows!

I provide 30 minutes free consultation.
