About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Anastasia, I help adults overcome their anxiety, trauma and depression. I am a fully qualified MBACP member. Seeking out psychological therapy is a courageous and extremely important step towards greater self-awareness and self-care. As well as my professional skills, knowledge & experience in the toolkit; in my view the most important thing about therapy is that we form and maintain an honest, safe and authentic client-therapist relationship. When this is established the real work begins - and change follows!
Practice description
I’m a CBT therapist with four years of experience. I have been living in the Middle East and the UK throughout my life and that experience gives me the experience of understanding multiple cultures and issues we may face in life. I believe sometimes all we need is to be heard in a safe place without being judged and I can provide that space for you.
My first session
I offer a 15-minute consultation to chant and see if I am the right therapist for you before you book your session. If you looking for a safe space without judgement to explore your thoughts and emotions to reduce your anxiety and depression or if you wish to find your true self and become the best version of yourself I can help you with that.

Hi. I can offer therapy Sunday to Thursday between 8am to 6 pm. I offer video calls, telephone and face to face sessions.
For face to face sessions only available 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday.
