About me and my therapy practice

I am an MBACP trauma-informed Counsellor. I'm trained in Suicide Interventions and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I possess the tools and professional experience necessary to guide you towards recovery and resilience.

My field is in Transactional Analysis. Within this way of working, Psychotherapy explores how our self-story is based on the relationship within ourselves, how our past defines us, and how it translates through communication with ourselves and others. We do not develop a sense of self alone but through relationships.

Life throws us many challenges that can be difficult to overcome alone. Sometimes, we’re set adrift with emotions and repetitive thoughts, which can be overwhelming. Our experiences can impact us, binding us in ways that don’t serve. This can fill us with fear and prevent us from changing.

We’ll rewrite the self-limiting patterns that have kept you in an unfulfilling story. By uncovering the influences of your past, you'll gain a deeper understanding of who you are. This will promote healing and growth, allowing you to flourish to your full potential.

Practice description

I will give you the time and space to process information, to enable you to feel heard and supported.

Join me on this adventure—a journey of understanding, acceptance, and growth. We'll embrace your neurodiversity, by supporting your unique strengths and challenges that make you wonderfully you.
