* Four years of Psychotherapy training at Transactional Analysis Cymru.

Your first session will help us to figure out if we are a good fit for each other. We'll explore your goals for therapy and what you hope to achieve. Let’s chat about how long we might work together, whether you’re considering a short-term, medium-term, or long-term commitment!

My session times are Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. I'll do my best to get back to you the same day you reach out.
Before we begin, I'll need you to fill out a working contract and complete a quick assessment. This will help me assist you more effectively!
