About me and my therapy practice
Hi, My work tends to be slow and at a pace that suits each client's needs. The client controls the pace and direction the work goes in, and I am there to help them discover their own insights and to understand their processes and bodily responses to the world and also to shed light on past events that may have shaped how they view themselves and the world around them.
Practice description
I mainly work weekly with clients, but do have some fortnightly availability. I use a combination of Transactional Analysis and also Integrative therapy. I enjoy building a good connection with clients which helps the therapy process. The work tends to be slow and thorough which secures a good foundation for ongoing mental health for the client.
My first session
Our first session consists of an informal chat where I can get to know you and we can talk about what is bringing you to therapy and what your hopes for an outcome are. I can also explain how the therapy works and what I can bring to the process.
