About me and my therapy practice
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION. I work in person (Pimlico/Victoria and Acton) and online.
Do you need a safe space to navigate mental distress, overwhelm, suffering and grief, feeling stuck and hopeless, or through periods of transition and upheaval? Would you like to move through current setbacks towards greater contentment, joy and purpose?
How I’ll support you
I offer a safe, compassionate, and unconditional space to explore life’s difficulties, past and present, through short term or longer term counselling for adults of all ages and adolescents 16+.
If we work together, you will be in the driving seat, dictating what we focus on, the pace and duration. Through our work, you will better understand and trust yourself, so that you can start to live a more satisfying life, truer to your own values and personal vision, a life with more inner calm.
My qualifications
I am a professionally trained, BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and balance private counselling practice with working in the NHS as a Clinical Supervisor in a Mental Health Support Team. I am committed to the ethical guidelines of the BACP in the way I work, in terms of my behaviour, ensuring your confidentiality, and the security of your personal details at all times.
“Integrative” means that although the foundation of my approach is Rogerian person-centred, I also bring in elements of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Depending on your needs, I may also offer creativity, breathwork, mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy and embodied work. I will tailor my approach to you.
Where we can meet
Online or in-person sessions in Central (Pimlico/Victoria as part of Calmer Clinics) and West London (Acton/Chiswick). I also offer a small number of Walking and Talking Therapy sessions.

Do you need a safe space to navigate mental distress, overwhelm, suffering and grief, feeling stuck and hopeless, or through periods of transition and upheaval? Would you like to move through current setbacks towards greater contentment, joy and purpose?
I am a professionally trained, BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor who balances private practice with life as an NHS Clinical Supervisor. I bring warmth and humour to the counselling room, in addition to a wealth of experience. But don't just take my word for it: https://radcliffetherapy.com/testimonials
Being an "Integrative" Counsellor means that although the foundation of my approach is Rogerian person-centred, I bring in elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt Therapy. Depending on your needs, I may also offer creativity, breathwork, mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy and embodied work. I will tailor my approach to you.
When I am not supporting individuals - adults and over 16s - in private practice, I work in the NHS as a Clinical Supervisor in a Mental Health Support Team. My NHS background means I am skilled at supporting clients with a wide range of mental health or neurodiversity needs. I can support with:
Grief and bereavement - Depression - Stress, anxiety and burnout - Health difficulties - Abandonment - Hopelessness - Wanting change - Navigating life transitions - Seeking purpose and meaning - Loss of identity/role - Low self esteem or poor self worth - Wanting more joy - Figuring out the next steps - Relationship difficulties - Trauma - Adverse childhood experiences (abuse, neglect) - Parenting.
If we work together, you will be in the driving seat, dictating what we focus on, the pace and duration. Through our work, you will better understand and trust yourself, so that you can start to live a more satisfying life, truer to your own values and vision.
