About me and my therapy practice

You will find the connection between you and I is a safe and protected space for you to explore your personal issues (past and present) at a comfortable pace. What does this comfortable space mean to you? Your space in the sessions will be relaxed with no pressure on you and we will work together at your own pace. I put emphasis on our relationship as I believe this is key to build trust with myself to enable us to work together on your well-being and development.

Practice description

To suit your needs I work integratively using different approaches:- Person-centred, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, CBT and Mindfulness. I offer face-face, telephone and online sessions on a short or long term basis and we will review this as we work together
