About me and my therapy practice
My name is Louise and I offer one-to-one online and face to face counselling for adults in a warm and supportive environment.
With my experience as both a teacher and solicitor, I have a deep understanding of the unique stresses and burnout risks within the workplace. This background equips me to help lawyers and other professionals navigate these challenges effectively. Together, we can develop strategies to manage the intense pressures commonly faced in such demanding environments.
Additionally, I offer support for parenting challenges, addressing feelings of isolation and frustration that can accompany the arrival of a new family member. I have a special interest in helping women who are pregnant or struggling in the post-natal period.
With experience working in a hospice, I am well-prepared to support individuals affected by bereavement, helping them navigate their grief and gently work towards finding a new normal.

About me and my therapy practice
Maybe you are struggling with balancing the needs of children and aging parents, while coping with perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms. Or maybe you want a place to talk about the embarrassment you feel when a hot flush comes over you whilst out and about. I can offer you a safe and supportive space where you can talk freely about these things, whether its guilt over spreading yourself too thin when it feels like everyone needs something from you, or to help you find strategies to cope with some of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
As a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP, I offer one-to-one online and in-person counselling in a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is designed around you— whether you’re looking for short-term guidance or longer-term support.
I can also help if you’re navigating the ups and downs of parenting. Whether you're adjusting to life with a new baby or managing the complexities of raising teenagers, we’ll work together to find clarity, confidence, and calm in the chaos.
Grief is another journey I can support. With my experience working in a hospice, I offer gentle guidance to those coping with bereavement, helping you navigate your emotions and work towards finding a new normal.
