About me and my therapy practice
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? You don't have to do this alone — together, we can take the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, navigating the long-lasting effects of trauma, or simply feeling disconnected, I’ll guide you through a process that honours your unique experience. If you're looking for a safe, compassionate, and supportive space to explore and navigate your thoughts and feelings, you’re welcome here.
I offer sessions both online and face-to-face in a beautiful office opposite Ealing Broadway Station (West London).
Practice description
Therapy is a collaborative process where you are in charge. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story, explore your emotions, and work on practical steps to improve your wellbeing. Your goals guide the process — no “one-size-fits-all” approach here. Whether you need a structured plan or a more flexible, creative, and exploratory approach, we’ll work together to find what helps you feel supported.
Each session is a safe, judgement-free space where you can speak openly. I am here to listen and support you, providing tools that resonate with you. We’ll check in regularly to ensure you feel heard and that the approach is working.
Therapeutic Approaches:
* CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Practical strategies for managing thoughts and behaviours.
* Creative Therapy: Including visualization, storytelling, and sandplay to explore emotions creatively.
* Person-Centred Therapy: A non-directive approach where you set the pace.
* Internal Family Systems (IFS): A type of psychotherapy that views the mind as made up of multiple subpersonalities, or "parts", that communicate with each other like an internal family.
* Gestalt Therapy: Focused on the present moment and your experiences.
* Integrative Therapy: Combining multiple approaches to meet your unique needs.
* Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring past experiences to understand current behaviours.
* Relational Therapy: Building understanding through the therapist-client relationship.
* Trauma-Informed Approaches: Safe, compassionate methods to work with trauma.
My first session
A No-pressure Introduction: It’s important to feel comfortable and confident with the therapist you choose. For this reason, I offer a free 15-minute call where we can discuss what you're looking for, ask any questions, and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation to continue — just an opportunity to make sure you feel confident moving forward.
