About me and my therapy practice
Having navigated many of life’s emotional challenges, I understand the complexities of the human experience and how important it is to have support during tough times. My lived experiences are part of what help me to truly connect with and guide others through their respective struggles.
Therapy doesn’t always have to involve years of commitment or endless discussions about your childhood. Sometimes, all you need is support to navigate a tough life transition, overcome a specific challenge, or make sense of something that’s weighing on you. Whether you're looking to change behaviour patterns, move on from a relationship, shift your career, or process past trauma, I’m here to hold space for you to heal, grow, and create positive change in your life.
Practice description
As an intuitive, integrative, and relational therapist, my approach blends elements of traditional therapy with coaching, yoga, and meditation practices. I’ve worked with many therapists and coaches myself, so I truly understand the vulnerability that comes with reaching out for help. My role is to help you feel safe, supported, and comfortable, and I always let you take the lead. I focus on creating a safe space for you to explore your needs, while respecting your pace. Healing is a process, and I believe it’s often in the relationship we build where true growth occurs.
I offer both online and in-person therapy, with the majority of my availability being online. For in-person sessions, I work in West London a few days each month. Please note that there is typically a waitlist for in-person appointments, so I encourage you to reach out to inquire about my current availability.
My first session
First therapy sessions tend to be a lot of information! From onboarding and background information, to deeper discussions of what's presenting, I know how time-sensitive first sessions can be. I offer the option to extend initial sessions to 90 or 120-min sessions so you can feel comfortable and not rushed in the first few sessions.
