About me and my therapy practice
Hello! In your sessions with me, I am committed to truly seeing you, hearing you and understanding you.
I will work with you as an individual or with your partner ( romantic, marriage, family, friend, business) to explore your needs, understand your behavioural and emotional patterns , find coping strategies and new patterns depending on your goals. We work at your pace, to understand how the past may be linked to the present and whether what you seek is self acceptance , change or may be a bit of both.

You may be anxious, need to manage your emotions whilst finding meaningful ways to connect due to difficult events from your past and or recent life .
You may be experiencing a sense of loss , grief , have work challenges and issues in your relationships at home and in general, which affect your mental wellbeing .
Sometimes you may even have a general sense of something being wrong without being able to pin point to it.
Manifestation of in your life
Although you may push the above to the back of your mind and function on a day to day basis
You may feel lonely , uncertain, irritable , feeling bad about yourself, have low self-esteem, guilt, concentration and sleep issues amongst many other symptoms.
Sometimes the above may also manifest in your body with aches and pains.

My Approach
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore what may be happening with empathy, support, and gentle challenges when you are ready. I use a range of approaches including Psychodynamic, Person Centred, integrated CBT and Solution focused techniques.
We will piece together the different parts of your life for a holistic view towards healing, growth, change, and or acceptance.
My adaptive style ensures we work collaboratively and openly to suit your needs at your pace.

We will get to know each other and understand how we can work together. I will conduct an assessment ; ask you about your background, your relationships and other matters so that we can form a therapeutic plan as to how we can progress together.
