I offer hypnotherapy sessions also at £70 per 50 mins which can work stand alone or compliment the counselling sessions.

Feeling low, stressed or overwhelmed? Hi, I am Jo. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist offering online, telephone or face-to-face sessions dependent on your needs. I have a wealth of experience mainly attained within my NHS career as well as alongside several charities. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk through your troubles as well as empowering you to arrive at the best solution for you.
