About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative arts therapist who works with teenagers and adolescents. (11 - 25 year olds) with over 3 years of professional work experience. I also work with coaching and mentoring adults. Having an integrative approach means I combine traditional counselling with various art modalities to facilitate emotional healing, personal growth and self-expression.
I have experience I helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, lgbtq+ related issues, low self esteem and coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement.
