About me and my therapy practice

I'm an integrative psychotherapist, having qualified at the University of Manchester and worked across a number of both NHS and private settings.

I work with individuals on a wide range of issues, although I have specialisms in eating disorders, bereavement and end-of-life preparation.

My work on pet bereavement has been awards-nominated, and I continue to press for companion animal relationships - and the bereavement related to them - to be taken more seriously by medical professionals.

Couples therapy is also available, whether for relationship maintenance, couples in crisis or couples working towards an amicable separation or divorce.

Finally, I'm a great believer in the power of groupwork, and I run regular small-group therapeutic programmes including Personal Development for Women and Ageing Well.
