About me and my therapy practice
Psychotherapy is so that we can live with ourselves. There are times it is so hard to just do that.
I have trained as an integrative psychotherapist and acquired my MA on Existential Phenomenological approach from Regent's University.
I would describe my approach as relational. The relationship between therapist and the client is where the phenomena happens. We work with what you bring to the room as well as past, present and future.
I speak fluent Turkish, graduated from Bogazici University.
Practice description
You and I will face each other and be two humans. We will together try to make meaning and lessen the suffering.
My first session
We will arrange our face to face session after a phone conversation. That phone conversation is for us to decide if we would like to work together. I will try to understand if I am the right therapist for you.
