About me and my therapy practice
In our therapy room you will find a space where, for potentially the first time, what you feel will be prioritised. You will be able to explore your feelings, to resolve internal conflicts and find a path towards your authentic self.
In simpler terms, when you feel lost, scared, anxious, fearful, alone or misunderstood, I will walk alongside you, to find a way forward that you feel better about.
I believe this approach works successfully with the majority of people, experiencing a wide range of issues. However, I personally specialise in offering affirmative therapy to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, to people with neurodivergence, to those suffering from alcohol and substance misuse issues, and to young men struggling to understand masculinity in a world where they’ve been taught not to feel.
I believe strongly in everyone’s need to be heard and accepted
Practice description
Currently I offer online counselling sessions, delivered via Zoom. I charge £45 for a 50min session and suggest that you would need at least 4 sessions.
My first session
