About me and my therapy practice
We all deserve to feel comfortable in our own skin. We deserve to be loved and supported for who we truly are. We all deserve a place in the world without shame. We all have the right to be our own expression of human.
Maybe you struggle with feeling that there’s something ‘wrong’ or ‘different’ about you? Maybe life sometimes feel too difficult to manage? Or you may often feel that you need to hide, change, or control aspects of yourself in the outside world.
Life often presents us with unexpected challenges and having someone there to support you can make these challenges feel more manageable.
I'm Cloe, an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-identified creative therapist, committed to working with the full spectrum of human experience. I aim to relate to you as you truly feel yourself to be. I offer a listening ear and a non-judgemental space.
I passionately believe in empowering individuals to find their own answers to the challenges they face. I value diversity, integrity, connection, and the journey of self-discovery. I am unafraid to navigate difficult terrains and sit with discomfort. I believe that connecting deeply with our experiences is key to understanding how we perceive ourselves and our lives. I understand that our intersecting identities impact our lived experiences. I work with you to fully understand your identity so that we can collaborate towards a fuller, more authentic, joyful, and meaningful life.
By prioritising individual needs, I tailor my approach to each client using a mix of talking therapy, art, movement, and other creative approaches to promote positive, lasting change.
Together, in an accepting environment, we will work together to enable you to live life to the fullest.
Practice description
I am an integrative creative counsellor, which means I use a mix of different therapy styles depending on what feels right for you in the moment.
My online counselling services are convenient, allowing you to schedule sessions that suit you. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to address issues holding you back.
There is no pressure to use art materials, but they can be helpful in many ways. Sometimes words are not enough, or the right words are hard to find. The arts provide different ways to understand who we are and where we belong in life. You do not need to be an artist to find creative counselling helpful. Art and movement can help explore feelings that words cannot fully express.
I aim to create a welcoming space for exploring all feelings and support you as you process your story and emotions at a comfortable pace. If you feel stuck or confused, I use active, compassionate listening to help you move forward. I am warm and supportive, and I aim to help you find a way forward in a safe environment.
Choosing the right counsellor is crucial. You can learn more about my approach by visiting my website or Instagram account “EveryExpressionTherapies”.

My first session
I offer a free initial 20-minute phone call or online consultation. This is an opportunity to see if we are a good fit, to ask questions, and to understand how I can help you.

I work with clients short, medium, and long-term, typically planning for 8-12 week blocks, with weekly sessions of 50 minutes each.

I am an integrative creative counsellor, which means I use a mix of different therapy styles depending on what feels right for you in the moment.
I work from my private practice space at St. Augustine’s Arts and Events Centre in Brighton, and online. If you choose to see me in person, a variety of art materials and objects will be available. There is no pressure to use art materials, but they can be helpful in many ways. Sometimes words are not enough, or the right words are hard to find.
