Thank you for considering my services. Currently, I am available to assist you during weekdays, Monday through Friday. My working hours vary but typically fall between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, I offer a limited number of evening slots for those who require appointments outside of regular business hours.
Please note that I take annual leave to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I typically take one month of annual leave in August and two weeks at the end of December. During these periods, my services may be limited or unavailable.
If you have specific scheduling needs or would like to plan appointments around my scheduled leave, please reach out to me in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your needs and ensure continuity of service.

As an integrative psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist and sexologist, I specialise in addressing the intricate dynamics of human connection and intimacy. Following the assessment, I offer a personalised formulation of a treatment plan designed to address your specific goals and concerns. This plan serves as a roadmap for our therapeutic journey, outlining the strategies and interventions that will guide us towards meaningful change and growth.

My first session
In preparation for our first session, I kindly ask you to complete an intake questionnaire and review and sign a therapeutic contract. These documents help us ensure a smooth and productive start to our therapeutic journey.
During our initial session together, we will begin by discussing the therapeutic contract, outlining the parameters of our work together, including confidentiality agreements and rules for contacting each other. This ensures that we have a clear understanding of our professional relationship and sets the foundation for a safe and trusting therapeutic space.
Following the review of the therapeutic contract, we will transition into an open dialogue where you can share what brings you to therapy and what your expectations are for our work together. This conversation allows us to gain valuable insights into your goals, concerns, and hopes for therapy, laying the groundwork for our collaborative journey towards healing and growth.
My aim for our first session is to establish a strong therapeutic alliance built on mutual respect, trust, and understanding. Together, we will create a supportive environment where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore your experiences and work towards positive change.
