Practice description
My aim is to know the client as well as I am able to, which means listening carefully and empathically.
I want my clients to feel safe, secure, valued, and seen.
I work long term for as long as the client needs the therapy
The aim is for the client to develop skills, strategies, and abilities to cope in the world in which we live.
I would like my clients to be able to laugh or cry with freedom
My first session
In the first session, I would take an assessment, so that I can be aware of who you are, what your needs are, and how best to progress.
In this session, the client is free to ask whatever they want or would like to know about therapy and the way I would work with them.
We would also agree and sign a contract, which would then be reviewed after 10 sessions.
